  1. 2.4.7. How to deal with the frequent fever in extensive burns patient when treated with MEBT/MEBO?

    Firstly, no matter what kind of method is adopted, the extensive burns patient will suffer from fever inevitablely.  The difference is that the fever is more manifest in the extensive burns patient treated with MEBT/MEBO, most of which belong to absorption fever. Therefore, there is no need to be over upset if invasive infection is precluded in clinic. Routine physical or drug method for hypothermia can be adopted if the body temperature is beyond 39.
