1. 2.4.6. Is it allowed by MEBT/MEBO to let the extensive burns patient have some body turn-over and movements?

    It is not recommended by MEBT/MEBO to perform vigorous body turn-over during the attendance of the extensive burns patient in the shock stage. However, in order to prevent bed sores, body position translation or alternate limb pad method in bed is adoptable in the stabilization of the shock stage. After the shock stage with stable condition, body turn-over, sidelying, semireclining and proper body movement of the patient are allowed, in order to prevent bed sore effectively, improve gastrointestinal function and cardiorespiratory function, promote recrement and local engorgement extinction.
