In principle, ACH is forbidden in extensive burns patient in clinic. Though good effects of anti-inflammation, anti-toxin, anti-reaction and anti-anaphylaxis have been found in them, this type of drugs have many adverse effects, such as digestive tract stress ulcer and haemorrhage, infection diffusion, wound healing delay, water-sodium retention and inducing mental diseases. If severe septic shock is found in extensive burns patient, full-dosage and short-range application of ACH can be taken into consideration with the preventive preparation.
